River City Drywall's customer service department handles all warranty and/or repair needs after the drywall process has been completed.
Typically, a three day notice is required, in order, to provide a timely service. However, we will do whatever we can to work around any scheduling issues.
The Customer Service representative is usually referred to as the repair or "patchman". The patchman carries with him the necessary materials and equipment to make the repairs.
Types of materials may include pieces of wallboard,of various sizes, different types of corner bead, fast drying joint compounds, and texture.
Repairs caused by other trades are an additional cost and are over and above the original contract.
We recommend including a drywall repair budget, in your proposal, thus eliminating those unforeseen costs.
